Fees and Services

• HICAPS facilities  are available to immediately process private health fund claims and Medicare rebates where applicable. Please bring your private health care card to claim for the treatment.

• Payments are to be made on the day of the consultation and can be made by EFTPOS, credit/debit card and cash.

• As we are a busy professional healthcare provider,  all clients must accept and agree to our cancellation/failure to attend policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must give us 24 hours notice –  a cancellation fee may be charged.

• All therapists are also registered to treat clients funded by DVA

Enhanced Primary Care Plan

• Patients who are suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions may be eligible to receive subsidised costs on limited physiotherapy treatment (5 visits each 12 months) funded by Medicare. Patients must bring with them the GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement prepared by their GP to claim for the rebate.

• Payment is requested at the time of consultation. Bulk billing is not available. Upon payment of your account, our staff will lodge your claim with Medicare immediately where possible. If you have private health insurance you can choose to make a claim though your private health fund or Medicare but not both.​​
