Our physiotherapist specialise in musculoskeletal injury diagnosis, management and rehabilitation and our exceptional care is backed by experience and research, saving you time and money. All patients, regardless of their problem and goals, are provided a comprehensive assessment, including taking a history and performing physical assessment, to understand their pain and history.

Less than 5% of physiotherapists attain the level of Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. The Australian Physiotherapy Association defines a Titled Physiotherapist as “highly qualified physiotherapist with expert knowledge and skills”. Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists are the experts in assessing the structures, contributing factors and mechanics causing your pain. We also have expertise in the treatment of muscular and joint conditions. With a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, injury assessment and utilise up to date evidence based approaches to treating spinal and joint injuries.

Do I need a referral?
YOU DO NOT NEED A REFRRAL
We receive many referrals from surgeons, sports physicians, rheumatologists, GPs, and other allied health professionals (e.g. podiatrists, osteopaths) including physiotherapy colleagues. However, you do not need a referral to see one of our expert physiotherapists to get started on your journey toward solutions to your current injuries or pain, regardless of whether they are new or chronic.
Can I claim private health, Medicare or other insurance?

Health Funds and Medicare

HICAPS facilities are available to immediately process private health fund claims and Medicare rebates where applicable. Please bring your private health care card to claim for the treatment.

Payments are to be made on the day of the consultation and can be made by EFTPOS, credit card, cash or cheque.

All Physiotherapists are registered to treat clients funded by Workcover and DVA. Please see our Policy for Workcover. We do require patients to pay the gap of the fees.
Enhanced Primary Care Plan

Patients who are suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions may be eligible to receive subsidised cost on limited physiotherapy treatment (5 visits each 12 months) funded by Medicare.

Patients must bring with them the GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement prepared by their GP to claim for the rebate.

Payment is requested at the time of consultation. Bulk billing is not available.

Upon payment of your account, our staff will lodge your claim with Medicare immediately where possible.
If you have private health insurance, you can choose to make a claim though your private health fund or Medicare but not both.
