Director, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Clinical Researcher PhD Candidate
Jemma Mulligan
With 15yrs of clinical experience, Jemma has a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury management. Jemma's main focus is providing individual exercise solutions and holistic patient education for people with persistent pain. Jemma is currently completing her PhD in optimising rural musculoskeletal injury management through the University of Sydney.

Megan Dart
Megan is a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and owner of Empowered Pelvic Health. Whether you're dealing with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pre/postnatal recovery, or other pelvic health concerns Megan can help you to regain strength, confidence, and well-being to support your journey to better pelvic health.

Exercise Physiologist
Dane Edmonds
Dane is an experienced Exercise Physiologist and is a certified BEAT IT Diabetes Instructor and Lungs In Action Instructor. Dane also holds Pilates Reformer instructor qualifications.
Dane has an interest in exercise for the management of cardiometabolic conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD, and renal disease. He also brings experience in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, with a particular focus on post-surgical recovery, such as hip and knee replacement rehab.
Dane works with Medicare, NDIS, DVA, Worker’s Compensation and private health clients.

Exercise Physiologist
Natalie Lambeth
Nat is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for improving the lifestyle of a range of populations. With experience in strength and conditioning for children, adults and elderly populations, she understands the benefits of incorporating exercise for preventing disease and injury, and improving overall health.
Nat has developed and delivered exercise programs for pre and post natal women, veterans, clients with neurological conditions including parkinsons and dementia, and congenital conditions including cerebral palsy and spina bifida.
Completing her Diabetes NSW Beat It training, Nat delivers exercise to groups of diabetic clients, improving physical and social health.
Natis enthusiastic in furthering her interest in exercise for mental health conditions, particularly in young adolescents, and sports injury prevention and performance training.

Originally from New Zealand and now proudly based in Armidale, Cherie brings a life full of resilience, transformation, and heart to her work as a Spinal Flow Practitioner. Her own healing journey—navigating adrenal fatigue and autoimmune illness—led her to holistic health and ultimately to The Spinal Flow® Technique. Cherie's mission is simple: to empower individuals and families to take control of their health and wellbeing. She is here to guide you, support you, and show you how your body can heal when it feels safe, supported, and seen.

Susan Northey
Susan started her business TUF (Total Unique Fitness) as a personal trainer in 2010 and holds qualifications in exercise rehabilitation, nutrition and more recently in breath work facilitation. Susan’s goal is to help women understand more around movement, nutrition and the nervous system, especially those experiencing menopause.
